01 — What is your product philosophy?
Everything we carry, we would use in our own home. Our thoughtfully curated collection is personally hand-picked from our diverse vendors. Our vendors are carefully sourced and create high quality products, made in the USA and abroad.
02 — What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please email our customer service at customerservice@sandandpine.co. We allow returns up to 30 days from the purchase date. Include the name of the product in the subject line. In the body of your email, please tell us any issues with your product and send us a picture of any broken items.
03 — Are the shipping dates accurate?
If we say we have items in stock, they can be shipped to you in 3-5 business days.
04 — How often will you spam my email/text me?
We hate getting too many emails and texts from companies. Our policy is to send important emails 2-3x a week regarding sales, blog posts, new product releases, etc... We will only text once or twice a month with an important sale. We will not sell your emails or phone numbers to a third party.
05 — Can we combine coupon codes?
Only certain coupons can be combined. Discount codes can be combined with the free shipping discount, but you cannot combine 2 discount codes that give % off. The system automatically choses the % off code with the higher discount. Coupons do expire, so be sure to check the expiration date.
06 — What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a great way to budget your spending by processing your payment into four equal installments due every 2 weeks. Afterpay is interest free without any cost to you as long as you make your payments on time. It has great customer friendly features that include reminders so you don’t miss a payment.
